3 or 4 combo lockbox
Disable garage door openers and secure garage doors with padlock at no additional cost
Secure gates with padlocks
We also post any notices required per the banks instructions (that you provide)
Interior and exterior photos of the home
Photos of the Water Heater and A/C Units

If a specific combo lockbox is requested we charge the cost of the lockbox plus $10 service fee.

Additional locks are charged at $12.

We will secure windows on home with thumbscrew locks for $2.00 per window.
